Hi everbody,

I'm selling some rare lenses from my collection:

Super-Takumar 300mm F4 - m42
Helios 77m 50mm 1.8 - m42
Kiron 105mm 2.8 1:1 macro - canon fd SOLD
Zeiss Aus jena 135mm 3.5 - m42 SOLD
Jupiter-37am 135mm 3.5 - m42 SOLD
many other lenses etc. etc.

Here's the link of the market place in The Netherlands:

http://verkopers.marktplaats.nl/12769070

You shall ask, why are you selling all those lenses? .. because I need some money at this moment... that's the only reason. As you can see there are real gems between them. Razz

I accept paypal and a bank transfer with a IBAN-number. Shipping only within Europe.

For further info you can send me an PM.

A very nice collection though I would hesitate to call them rare or unique. They're all fairly common. This is not to take away from them. They're spectacular optics, just not particularly hard to find.

I understand what you mean, but the kiron 105mm canon fd and the

takumar 300mm F4 m42-version (not p6) are here in europe quite rare.

Only one example (of both the takumar and Kiron) on the dutch marktplace..from me Smile ..

and only 4 examples on ebay...3 kirons 105mm
and 1 example of the takumar 300mm F4 m42 on the US-ebay with mold/ fungus in it Confused

Maybe further in the US it's quite different... i cannot comment that from here.

Wink

The Kiron is not extremely rare, but it's rare, i've read about people that takes a long time finding their own.

I would not call the Super Takumar 300/4 rare too. It is not common, yes, but we can see it I would say one or twice a month on Ebay, maybe more, that is not exactly rare for me Wink

Anything in F mount? (or R mount, or anything compatible to be adapted to F mount?)

Sorry for chosing the word "rare" Wink
Mea Culpa..

Never thought that that one word would cause a discussion. Confused

and they are for sale!

It depends on where you live. Here, in Perú, all of'em are EXTREMELY rare.

Price is nice problem only mount we have a few m4/3 user here and most of them already have it or they have even better ones.

attila.. but the Kiron 105mm is very easy to adapt to all cameras, because it has a canon fd-mount. So, no problems at all with adapting.

And I think that a better version is not easy to find. It's in a newstate! Razz

I also have a Helios 77m 50mm 1.8 for sale. It's in a perfect state.

And it's the version with the m42-mount, not the more general pentax pk version.

So better to wait for right buyer and left in genuine mint stage. Adaptation is lens dependent not all same convertible even if comes with FD mount. Either you can wait and right buyer will come or put to Ebay hopefully somebody will use it with adapter than butchering it. Stan (Trifox) has professional converting service if anybody want to convert it please ask him first before kill lens at home in kitchen. An ugly conversion reduce lens value very much so better to pay for professional service and care this lens than not. This lens is a good investment.

Um...as Attila says, lots of problems with adapting I'm afraid! It will only convert with a manual (no glass) adapter onto micro 4/3rds cameras and the new Sony NEX model, so not many people can take advantage. And those with micro 4/3rds will have an effective 210mm macro lens, which isn't particularly practical Wink

Good luck with the sale though, perhaps an ad on Ebay would attract more potential buyers? Most of us lot are cheapskates who want bargains

you forget the canon eos-users, like me Wink

Adapting is very easy with a fd-eos adapter (without glass).

For macro only should ok, but a 105mm lens use only for macro ... this lens is more versatile than use only for one purpose.

Still I find my beloved Kiron 105mm one of the masterpieces in my collection.

I need the money for other purposes than lenses, otherwhise I really wouldn't sell.

PM's have been send to Nordentro and BulldogPO.
Regards,
Peterrr

FD is not easy to adapt... The only modern mount that can use it without surgery is Micro 4/3 or Sony E... Wink And it's really long for a macro on m4/3 as mentioned...
