I recently purchased this Nikon lens and with the adapter it fits my camera perfectly. However, it came without a front cap and I'm uncertain which front cap will fit - none of the ones I have do.

Do you know which front cap will fit? Is it possible to get a generic one?

Well, it's missing the barrel part with the filter threads and thats what caps normally hook into, sooooo you might just want to improvise.

Ah. I see. Any ideas to where I can get a piece of metal with a 52mm screw thread?
