Some "made in EU, packaged in China" films pop up on Ebay recently. They are C-41 process B&W, and it seems (not verified by me yet!) that these are repackaged Ilford XP2 films.

I don't know the story behind them, but 10 rolls of 135/24 for $19.99 surely does sound like an interesting price. So I ordered a batch, and I will report back in a while, when I had my first roll developed.

Seller "aqua2209" is one of the people listing them on Ebay. Another one is "ultrafineonline". I don't have experience with any of them.
