No disagreement from me! However that test is faulty.

With laser attached to camera, get a photo of moving laser point in moving frame, i.e. the position of the laser point moves on the subject. A better test imho uses the laser fixed separate from the tripod/camera. Then the laser position on subject does not change, any movement of laser dot in image is due solely to camera/tripod movement.

I agree, if the laser had the same referential as the camera, it will have the same movements ...
