This is actually looking out my back door.
While it may appear peaceful, the picture depicts an additional 8 to 12 inches of snow
we received just this morning, with a central pond being completely obscured by the snow.

This was the scene as I was leaving work today.
It is certainly beautiful to gaze upon, but the temperatures and windchills were foreboding.
Roughly 10 inches of snowfall is shown here.

This has been a horribly cold and dangerous winter season for us here in the western part
of the US State of Michigan; frostbite is possible after only 30 minutes, while death can
easily occur after less than one hour if not properly clothed.

Thanks, but I can't. High wind speeds don't allow for snowfall bokeh. 
All falling snow would show up as horizontal lines, blurs, or nothing at all.

That's very cold, indeed. I hope you're able to stay warm!
There are a few lovely photo opps near to me, but it's just not possible for me to operate a camera in the open fields or roadsides while windchills are around -30° to -40° Fahrenheit. It's also a rather dangerous situation to be along the roadsides around here, as they are very icy and slippery. Any passing vehicle could easily lose traction and hit me or my car, no matter where I may be. There were reports of cars abandoned on snow-covered roads just two days ago because of drifting snow, making roads impassable.
Meanwhile, we're expecting temperatures of around 8°(F) tonight, with winds expected to be around 20-30MPH.
Tomorrow's forecast is even worse, with a high temperature of 6°(F) and more winds around 20-30MPH; windchills are expected to be around 20°-40° below zero(F), and a low temperature of -3°(F).
