Found me an Ikonta 521/16 with a Tessar in very nice shape except it is missing the tripod bushing. Ilford Delta 400, HC-110 dilution B for 8 minutes, Epson 4490.

First, I had to get all the bellows dust on the film Smile

After that, not so bad... The lens doesn't seem to be coated, so I went for some flare and bloom as well...

All are looking a bit more grainy than I would expect. Is that caused by the developer or the scanner?
