Cyclocross du Citadel, Namur

Yesterday I had a nice day shooting at the cyclocross in Namur, on the old Citadel. For the usual racepics I used AF zooms, for the unusual racepics and shooting before the race I used a variety of MF lenses, mostly the Zenitar, the Takumar 2.5-135 and a Meyer-Gorlitz 4.5 300.

The Meyer proved difficult to handle, at some long range shots with a sharp angle to the sun the lens had some difficulties. Due to it's size and weight I can only handle it with a monopod so vertical panning was impossible leading to a lot of blurry riders.

Under less critical conditions the Meyer proved it's worth.
