Yes, with mount conversion. Member Trifox can do it for you.

Even with a Tokina lens a mount conversion is the way to go.
But such a conversion could not be planned in advance, because the inner build could not be seen, so no exact estimation about the effort that is needed.

I have converted a Vivitar 135/2.8 close focus for Canon EOS, made it relativly simple, not perfect (not enough time because of children). I took a new way there, on Canon nFD lenses I have enough experience to know one way to go.

Sell it and get different mount version that can be used with adapter.

+1 best method and you not ruin lens or buy a mirror less camera, a used body very cheap.

so from difference you can buy a micro 4/3 or a 4/3 used body this is tele lens so 2x crop factor doesn't harm.

Do you have a good drilling mashine (or a Dremel/Proxxon)?
Then you could remove the original mount and drill fitting holes for screws into a Canon-M42 adapter. Then you would only need to adjust the flange back somehow... This does not work well for every lens but you could give it a try and it's reversible.

PS: A used Sony NEX-3 (1,5x APS-C) body costs only about 140-150€ and works very well for MD lenses, but I personally don't like it for lenses longer than 100mm as I don't has a real viefinder.
