I love this lens using on an ext. tube - I think the 13 mm is enough..

I do not remember which of these pictures is done (1 or 2) at f4 but almost all of them are taken wide open..

Camera; 5DMkII and Paragon C/Y extension tube 13 mm ...

Paint-like dof.

Shocked Wow...#8 and #10...but they are all fantastic...I like the bokeh also...have you a photo of the lens itself?

Trifox, only YOU could make that Dandelion-leaf shot as compelling as
it is! LOVE the circular highlights in conjunction with the ragged leaves.

These are simply outstanding, and I love your compunction to
experimentation.

thank you all !

The lens is also good for landscapes ! It has a great 'angle of view' Wink

and here's the lens itself:

So small but packs a punch...the bokeh is so beautiful and smoke like again I am looking at #8

yes ! the lens itself is very small but sharp like a little hell ..

I think the tube helped the lens to achieve the bokeh but Tessar 2.8/45 is a magic formula - simple optical design which reduces aberrations at minimum + Zeiss clarity and colours -- all packed in one! Smile

This one and Contax Distagon 2.8/21 they both have almost identical colour rendition .. warm and very pleasant to my eyes ..
