Where is it? Some additional information about the sites (apart from technical informartion on the gear) is always appreciated!

Those are the locks at Foxton Locks near Market Harborough in the UK.
It's a staircase of some 9 or 10 locks and used to have a boat lift to bypass the locks though that's long gone.
