What's the difference between contax G mount and contax-yashica mount? I'll receive the Yashica 50mm ML f2 in CY mount (I think). Is the CY->m43 adapter is the one I should get?

Just about everything - Contax G is a small, short register AF rangefinder mount, C/Y is a SLR mount. The only thing they have in common, apart from the manufacturer, is a rather clumsy adapter to use C/Y lenses on the G1/G2, focusing by numbers.
