I understand you're looking for a Rollei QBM adapter for the Canon EOS.
For the 4/3 line of cameras, there is a chip that is sold separately (the Dandelion) and can be glued to any adapter, but for Canon I don't know of such a beast. Anyway you always could buy a cheap M42 adapter, take out the chip and glue it to the QBM adapter.
Someone else in the forum has done it, but I cannot find the thread now...
