Chinon 55mm/1.7 - is it good?

Thank you guys, this lens is a keeper Smile

Mine is the same as mirans but has green writing 'chinon multi-coated ' , also, I read somewhere that those 55s with leather focusing ring were made by tomioka, not sure about my model. Does not really matter, I love it anyway.

What do you mean? Externally it is exactly the same as non-MC versions, except may be for the focus grip.

sorry, must have mixed it with 28 mm plastic. my apologizes
btw there is macro version of 55 1.7 MC
