Interesting product. Ilford, Kodak, Johnsons, Paterson, Orwo and probably others all used to sell 'universal developer', which is what this Champion stuff is too.

Universal in that it can be used for both film and paper, just at differing dilutions.

However, they aren't fine grain developers so expect more grain than even Rodinal. So for me, it would preclude it's use for 35mm, but on larger formats where grain is less of an issue, it might be interesting.
