Very nice! Good lighting. Some lovely landscapes. Which version is this?

That would be what is known as the nFD version. Canon originally made FD lenses with a breech lock system, older lenses labeled FL also used this system. These have a ring at the base of the lens which is spun onto the camera. It a very robust system in terms of locking everything in perfect alignment but is complicated to manufacture and can be fussy to use. The nFD system (aka New FD) is a more typical bayonet system which Canon's engineers cleverly designed to fit the older cameras and be easier to manufacture. If you scan e-bay ads for FD mount lenses you will see photos of both types. Just to let you know forum members generally love to see pictures of the cameras and lenses used to make images posted on here.
