Friend found a old pic of a guy with a camera around his neck. Just trying to identify it.

Not easy at such a low resolution (and camera shake).

Old medium format folder, but which one?

Judging by the proportion it appears to be a 16-on-120 folder.

Yes, either a 16 - on 120 - or possibly a 127 camera.

I was reminded of a Zeiss Ikonta, as some have that edge picked out in nickel as in this photo. Possibly a 53* something
