What lens is it, can you show some more pictures to us?
So we can see the brand, and the lens name...maybe we can try to pull some further information out.

Nikon AI adapter for Tamron adaptall 2 mount (with an unkown lens attached Wink )
The lens locking tab can be seen upper left and the writing on the mount looks very Tamron.
The metering prong suggests Nikon mount.
