Does anyone know what their situation is?

I just managed to order 135 Pancro 400 from Freestylephoto, but it is out of stock almost everywhere.

Yes, I am having the same problem. Not sure of the Bergger situation but it is very hard to find anywhere at the moment.
Most places that i visit list it as out of stock.

Rollfilm is out of stock on their website too. It would be best to contact them directly - they don't seem to indicate any news about it, so they're probably just experiencing a short interruption in production.
