Lovely rose. Looks like I should take out my AF Beercan from cold storage. Wink

Thank you. It's getting to the last of my blooms, but I know other people that their bushes are still in full bloom. So I might go shoot their bushes soon.
Hopefully I will get to post better shots tomorrow.
For fun, I did minor PP on the f32 shot.

I hope it equals the AF version. I won't find out for awhile tho. I'm shooting on a Canon EOS 10D 6.3 MP sensor, using a macro adapter.
So my shooting distance is limited.I'm also shooting at ISO 400 which is the highest, Barely, usable ISO on this camera.

I really like the lens so far. The rendering and colors to me are really good.

Same rose at f8. Played around with a little PP on this one.
Did I say I really like this lens. Very Happy

That looks quite soft, is that due to the glass in the adapter?

You're right it is soft. Sad No glass in the adapter. I missed focus slightly you can tell that.I'm not sure what happened. I took a few shots at the same time and they are all the same. It was a little to late to use f8 so I did use a flash. Washed out contrast?

I will try to reshoot tomorrow a little earlier if I make it home in time.
One of the other shots. Deleted and replaced image. Image above I made a post processing error. Embarassed
This is still not as sharp as it should be.
