Arax M42-NEX tilt adapter

I recently got a tilt adapter from Arax. Basically a M42-NEX adapter with built in tilt. Allows me to mount M42 lenses and do 0-8 degrees of tilt on my Sony E type camera, tilt direction can be rotated in 30 degree clicks. It has the lip to depress aperture pins and works with my Mamiya-Sekor SX lenses.

Have had some fun with it, seems to work well. Slightly expensive, arrived quickly.

Anyone else using one? Smile

Not on my Sony, but after playing with a DIY free lensing adpter to get tilt, I used similar adapters on my MFT cameras, where the smaller sensor ensured adequate coverage.
Here's one of my early experiments with it

The first tilt adapter I got, had the rear portion jamb on my camera & had to be stripped betore sufficent grip on the rear of the adapter could be achieved to dismount it .

Here's the DIY version

Now I'll break out my large format camera when I wan't to play with movements Smile
