Ansco Color Printon

Roughly 55 years ago I used to make my own color prints using the Ansco Color Printon process. It was a somewhat complex process, but not much more difficult than developing Ektachrome E6, for slides. You could really wipe out your vision if you stared at those photoflash lamps used for the reversal. Boy, they were bright! But the Printon prints were nice. I still have one or two.

Anyone else ever use the Ansco Color Printon process to create color prints? How did it work out for you?

FWIW, Printon and Ektachrome (and of course B&W) were all I ever did. I never did Kodacolor or Kodachrome or any of the Japanese films.
