Another 'Treasure' given to me by a Kind Gent -- a German Voigtlander 'BESSA 66' 120 rollfilm camera. He said he could not get the shutter to fire properly but I found out you had to have a FILM loaded and number set to 1 in the Red Window, then press silver lever and in the small black 'Hole' appears Number 1.then you can set shutter and take snaps! You got the "Deluxe" version with the film counter !
I have an simpler one, with the sports finder

I was surprised how well the bellows has held up.
It came with the swing style filter, but no case.
The lens is a triplet Voigtar (just like yours) and the Prontor is a very reliable shutter.
