127 more likely, or 128 coupe version (?). Lada is the 124 knockoff. My family had both Fiats in the seventies.

The Angenieux scan is from one of the Alpa sales brochures, but the design was offered in other mounts. For the Exacta as well as with a different aperture operation for Robot (as type R51).
