Got this lens yesterday with Nikon mount from France. Many many thanks again Pascal for your assistance in this matter. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Here few first shots with different focal lengths. This zoom lens performs like a prime lens and is really one of the best zoom lenses available on the market. Fine details, good 3D capabilities, powerful colours and for a zoom lens surprinsingly good bokeh.

D700 and Angenieux 2.5/3.3 / 35-70mm all wide open.

Wink

OMG, I already regret to have not take the lens for myself Laughing ....
Seems to be realy a very fine lens, lovely colours rendering and probably on the same level as the 70/210....
Congrats Rolf Very Happy

Thanks Pascal.

Tried the other lens few minutes ago again but the copy I got is 100 % scrap. No chance to get a sharp image at any focal lenght and aperture. The lens is for the ash bin.

That 35-70 is a legend. Congratulations!

Hi Rolf

Congrats to your Angenieux 35-70.

You're saying that 35-70 is OK but the 70-210 isn't?

Is all OK with the lens?

The lens is TOP class lens.

However - Both Angenieux 35-70 and 70-210 are mechanically an ABSOLUTE DISASTER

Let me know, if any help needed.
