That's the Vivitar MC Wide Angle 24mm 1:2 I bought from Andy!
Now, I have a Nikkor-O 2.0/35 (which for me works as a 2.0/56) and Vivitar 2.0/24 (which for me works as a 2.0/38 ) - so a fast standard and a fast "reportage" wide angle... Hooray!

Those information is obtained by the same person, who designed with Nikon EL Nikkor 63/3.5
Micro Fiche film copy, and some of Ultra Micro Nikkor. He contributed to japanese lens design.
So data was collected for a long period, and very consistent throughout those years,
probably published monthly magazine.
These info comes from the book "The technology of modern camera and lens" written by
Mr. Iwao Ogura, published by Shahin Kogyo Publishing Co. Ltd
ISBN4-87956-043-X C3072 P3000E 1995/Oct/17 Published
The author is a brother of Minolta lens designer Mr. Toshinobu Ogura, who also wrote
the book about "Foundation and development of photographic lenses", which is a pretty
good book I think.
