Bought it some time ago, but never really got to shoot with it. So i took it with me on last evenings training and took some random shots with it.
This is an amazing zoomlens, certainly if you consider it's age and the fact that most long "hyper" zooms were only so-so at that time! The 35-210 range is very useful on the A7, it could easily fulfill the job of "take one lens on your trip" task.
Build quality is Tamron SP like: very good!
I also own the Tokina AT-X 35-200mm but this Tammy is another league, much better!
A few samples, with only very little to none post processing, if you see one i suggest you grab it. They're dirt cheap as well!
Thanks for looking, cheers René!

Thanks! Yes, you have to pull the zoom towards you and "click" it to the right, into it's macro position, pushing it forward again takes it to max magnification of 1: 3.8.
This really makes it a very versatile lens!

I agree - this is a great bargain if you can pick up a clean copy
I find it produces great colours and clarity in its images

Great shots!! Superb colour. What a remarkable lens.
I actually own a copy but have never taken a photo with it. Need to remedy that. |
