Just got my first Takumar.
There's park on local University where many birds live there free.
I see some green CA with this lens. Focus rather stiff on far distance to infinity.
SOme shots
Here's young rooster in my backyard, close distance. I like the OOF area

Green fringing is typical for the longer Takumar lenses. At least for the Super and SMC Takumars; I never tried the older ones. _________________ Fujifilm X-Pro2 / Fujifilm X-T1 / some Sonnar & Takumar lenses |

It is still a very good lens, and the fringing only occurs in high contrast situation.
I had a 135mm that was really bad. The 200's that I had are definitely better.
I have the third one now, because each time I decide to sell it, and then I start to miss it, and buy another one again _________________ Fujifilm X-Pro2 / Fujifilm X-T1 / some Sonnar & Takumar lenses |
