Albinar ADG 135/2.8 Macro Focus aka Variable Softness lens

This is an interesting lens, as a 'macro' it pretty much sucks, but the macro mechanism is what makes this interesting. The front of the lens has its own helicoid, and by rotating it forward you get a variable softness control at portrait distances.
