Just got Canon A-1 with 50/1.8. With a dozen of M42 lenses, I would like to learn if anyone has the experience of using adpater for M42 lens to FD mount? Thanks. Mike |
Well you have to meter and use the lenses stopped down to your chosen Fstop (of course you can focus with them wide open), some screw lenses can be awkward to use e.g. the ones that stop down by pushing/holdng down a button.
Paid £4 for my genuine Canon one (well I suppose it could be a Chinese copy stamped Canon..) _________________ Canon A1, AV1, T70 & T90, EOS 300 and EOS300v, Chinon CE and CP-7M.
