A Good Scan from Rollei Slide

I lucked out, and got a better scan that seems to hold up to "saving
for web". If I end up being unable to get something decent on a consistent basis, then I'll know enough to tell myself to "get back
to the Pentax 645". Confused

Here's a full crop of the original near the bottom right corner.

Below is the "web" file, seems to be showing better
sharpness. I used Silverfast to emulate Provia on the scanner.
I still have a LOT to learn.

I see that there is some flare, but if you just look at the clarity
and backlighting, it looks like the Rollei lens is picking it up
nicely. Next time I'm there, I'll be sure to shade the lens,
like I should have done! Embarassed Nothing done to the file,
other than scan.

I picked this out to scan knowing that it was a "tough subject". Surprised
