I'm rather proud to present my 6x7 system, which can almost cover all situations :

In front, a Asahi Pentax K with Zebra Auto Takumar 55/1.8, behind the 6x7 and the 400/4 (bought tuesday on ebay, I drove 180km today to pay it in one's hands, 390€, my most expensive lens today) are the 200/4, 135/4 macro, 105/2.4, 55/3.5

The 6x7, with the 400/4, the wooden grip, and the prism weighs... 4515g !

I dont think I'll do other slides (already done a Velvia 50), because it cost me 9,80€ just for dev... B&W cost me less than 4€ per roll and 1€ of chemicals Very Happy

Quite interesting pieces of a great system. The 400/4 looks (and feels) awesome...

Why spend all that money on film equipment and then get hung up on film development costs?

But yes, that is an incredible set! I am so envious that I must look away, my kiev 60 is getting jealous.

Because I can't develop and print color or slides films. With B&W, I can control all the photographic process, from choosing the lens, taking the picture, dev and printing it. For color, I have the K100D, altough film is better, it manages itself not so bad.
