Title says it all, which 50mm from the title (or a suggestion you have) is better for sharpness, bokeh, etc.
These lenses will be adapted so no need to worry about mounts.
I am also looking for a relatively cheap but good 28-35mm prime (I would prefer a 28 but obviously if there is a good 35 I am interested) so if you can help me out that would be great.
Thanks in advance

I have SMC Pentax-A 1.7 50mm and it is very, very good.
It beat IMO Nikon Nikkor AF 50mm 1.8, Canon FD 50mm 1.8, Minolta MD 50mm F2 etc.
Colors are neutral, low-light capability excellent, sharpness is excellent too.
In a fact this is sharpest lens when I tested 50mm I have.
I have only private pictures taken with this lens, therefore I can not posted them here and only one I can find is bellow when I tested low-light capability of Pentax, Nikon and Canon.
SMC Pentax-A 50mm 1.7 - definitely recommended +++++

Have all with the Pentax 24-35mm zoom..............I have one and although I haven't compared it with primes yet, the results are good. Why haven't I used it more? Well I don't like the Centon K100 film camera and it's the only one I have that will take Pentax bayonet _________________ Canon A1, AV1, T70 & T90, EOS 300 and EOS300v, Chinon CE and CP-7M.
