Usually all my scan require additional sharpening on .tiff file before I convert it to jpg. These are not one of the sharpest scan what I ever made I am amazed fully.

Click on each images to get higher resolution!

You can download one 60 MB Tiff if curious about resolution and sharpness, straight from scanner.

See why I said that it's the reason to own a kiev or pentacon system?

It would be a VERY expensive lens under any other name. Your samples show this.

Agree, excellent results. Wonder what this FL equates to in 35mm terms.

Surprised you didn't get your shoes and belt buckle in some of these. Wink Smile

Something between 19 and 20mm, I believe.

For 30mm Arsat/Zodiac lens angle of view should be around 180 degrees, similar to 16mm lens for 35mm film.

For many photographers, this lens is a reason to buy compatible 6x6 body (Pentacon Six, Praktisix, Kiev60, Exacta 66, modified Kiev 88 ). Or with adapter - Mamiya 645, Pentax 645 and Contax 645.

look at the frame, it looks like takumar 17/4 on my EOS 650 cam
This lens is good. No wonder I never see it in cheap price
