My main concern was to render the surface of Peppers as true as possible. Which might seem easy but it's not really,
because they are shiny, but must not look "metal shiny", they need to look also fleshy and they are also translucent a bit with backlight.
I am happy with the result, I think they look "eatable" Smile and although they were there only as "side actor", the Basil leaves turned out realistic too.

Beautifully lit and photographed, but for me the best is how you have composed it. I would have been tempted to have the whole bowl in shot and that would have allowed too many distractions into the frame. Yours is perfect!
