So I saw this lens on eBay with about six minutes to go, $22 with shipping. It's an Acall Reverser lens. All I've found online is some guy at Apug who uses it to reverse slides and says he can't find anything about it online. I do think it;s a Kyoei lens in M39. And it looks like it has a slide carrier on the front. So my guess is it was a purpose-built lens for copying slides to film for printing or conversion to other film stock. Anyone here have any experience with these?

Are you sure it's a lens and not simply a tube for slide duplication?

We'll see when it arrives. If that's the case, I was looking to pick one up for about $20 anyway, so I still win! Very Happy

Also works as a macro lens, with so so quality.

Seen similar ones many times before, they have a low quality triplet built in.
