Finally I got the time to start scanning some film I shot more than a month a go. So I came out with this portrait of a renown member of our community...

Camera is a prewar Welta Weltax equipped with a Schneider Xenar 75/2.8 lens, film is Kodak Portra 160NC, post production is just sharpness and contrast refinements (I was tempted to produce a more modern image, but the model would have killed me for sure ahahaha Very Happy Razz).

I know who is that very kind person! (but I will not tell now)

Nice photo!

later edit:

add "n" to end of name, line through 'belt' passes through my forum name!

Let me see, it rhymes with a popular cookie over here made by Nabisco.

Excellent shot, Alessandro! Looks like he was going hunting with something
other than a camera! But we know that would not be the case. Wink

even if I have seen better model, I like how the Portra 160NC render the skin, still not this texture with digital

I very much like the colors and tight grain in this shot. I have rolls of
Portra in both 160NC and 400NC, 120. Hoping to get similar results
and if I don't, I'm blaming you, Alessandro! Sorry, Í'm small and petty
that way... Laughing

Alessandro, if you haven't come up with a title for Orio's picture, how
about Babe Magnet? I rather like that one... Wink Smile
