This lens I need help from you guys here. What mount and what camera it used for ? There is not aperture blades nor focusing helicoid.

Looks similar to the Tessar 50mm F2.8 lens on my Zeiss Ikon Contaflex Super SLR.

No and No.
This lens is just an add on to the cameras own lens system.
