Thank you Tony. Wink
Not such a big lens as there is no diaphragm. But heavy.

This is the Cyclop H3T-1 85mm. Min and Max aperture = f1.5... Min focusing distance = 0,75m. Diameter = 67mm. Weight = 800grs.
Here it is :

One more.

the 5d and ep2 w/vf is a great combo, best of both worlds.

Tony, maybe that explains why I feel happy. Smile

I like the `one more' the best as it has the crazy bokeh that I expect from this lens; otherwise it's just like all the other fast lenses but with restrictions.

I compared it to the Helios-40 1.5/85, Nikkor 1.4/50 and Nikkor 1.2/55.
Helios and Cyclop has some aura when Nikkors don't. In some cases it's an advantage, in others a disadvantage.

It will always be a "lens" I will always have mixed feelings about. I guess you can get really great results with portraits due to it's softness and weird but smooth bokeh but other than that I don't see it as anything special.
