Now (my mirror is shaved), I can use the lens with absolutely free..
Orio, I would say - fit the lens on your 5DMkII after you switch the LiveView on
and dismount the lens after shooting .. I think you'll be OK.
or ...ehm ..  - shave the mirror on your cam

That is surely ok, this is how I am using the lens the rare times I mount it on the 5DII... for sample purposes only, because for shooting I mount it on the 5D (shaved).

 that's out of question, I need to keep the 5DII pristine, because I will probably sell it to finance my taxes.
