I won this lens Click here to see on Ebay but haven't found anything on it on the net.

Not sure even in what mount it is.

Do you know anything about it?
Is it good?

Good price for a fast 28mm! The soligor 28mm f2 is the same lens which also made by Tokina. We have samples in the Gallery http://www.mflenses.com/gallery/v/japenese/Soligor/Soligor_28mm_f2 .
