Guessing one is a universal hood for small bellows camera. The other works. For exposure but what would use it. Centre hole about 11/2 inches.

Nice ancient pieces of gear!
Yes, the first one is an universal extendable hood.
The other one is a front-mounted shutter for "Bulb mode" long exposures - a rare and desirable piece of gear for the LF photographers.
