Thanks very much everyone.
I used a Pentax 12-24mm. I had to shoot it in two bites to get a little extra floor in the foreground.
I love to shoot at very low angles but hate to crawl on dirty floors so I made this simple wood platform
designed to work with this particular lens. It folds up and I carry it in my bag.
