This lens is very big and heavy. It's not easy to operate either. Solid tripod is necessary. Contrast and sharpness are very good. It has a very pleasant bokeh for a zoom. All images were shot wide open (f/5.6) with 5DMKII.

May I suggest posting in the tamron 200-500 test pics thread that's already going and current rather than starting a new thread? Up to you of course
