Loke, I was lucky with this silver steinheil quinar as I got it on the bay from a german professional store which mentionned some noticable internal haze. Surely because of haze there were very few bids and I got it for a good price, as far as we're speaking of a Steinheil.
At home, I had to apply some contrast to improve pics.
After a while, I tried to open it and clean lenses... and it worked great. There is no more haze.
Removing haze sometimes work well, but often is impossible. I didn't manage to service a hazy Piesker Picon 2.8/135. But it gives lovely photos anyway when I add some contrast in postprocessing.
The above pictures didn't need any PP, which is very rare, even with AF Canon L lenses.
