Looks very low quality lens to me, what is your opinion ?

IT IS a low quality lens but it's different to work with it and i like that Smile

That is most important thing, to like and use a lens.

It is a SOFT FOCUS LENS which should be mentioned,
so to compare it, it should only compared with lenses
of its kind.

I have that one too, but I miss the lack of control. This
is why I have the Kenko Soft focus 2.5/85mm lens now
as my main soft focus lens.
