That is rare indeed.

The Tessar 2.7/16.5cm is a regular item in the 1920's-early 1930's Zeiss catalogs made in many mounts, but it seems mostly in barrel for 1920's focal-plane shutter reflex cameras like Graflex. It seems to have been replaced by the Biotessar 16.5cm f/2.8. None of these are very common at all.

Interesting to see it on what looks like a later-made mounting ?

The Primar lenses may have been adapted from a Reflex-Primar (the large format variant) - they'd be more common there, but would be mounted flat or even sunk, given that the 240mm on mine has only a very short barrel:
