Here's some photos of my present to myself, a T4 mount Soligor 105mm f/2.8. Couldn't see paying for / waiting for a good example of the Takumar. So far it meets expectations re. sharpness.

F8 flash is nice really, at f2.8 so so . Thanks for sharing!

Yes, on further examination wide open this lens is soft, but even 1 stop down brings improvement... 5.6-8 starts to be sweet. I'm not a great tele person in general, so on digital this is pushing my abilities and interest. The few frames I've got back on film have come out very well indeed.

I think this lens is available in other labels and mounts, and I'd be interested in comparing to a Takumar or the adaptall Tamron.
