If i remember well, this one should be a Soligor C/D lens, so it should be fine ...

It will work with nikon d200/s5? It`s AI or nonAI?

That isn't the best photo -- it sure could be sharper. I see no evidence of any Nikon-style meter coupling at all. After looking at the other photo in the link, however, it appear that a tab has been added to the aperture ring for AI-style indexing. You should know that it's missing the rubber grip for the inner ring. An older C/D. Given its condition and age, I wouldn't want to pay much for it.
