Lovely photos of a nice old car. The middle one looks good but something looks odd, like it's a miniature or something and as if the DOF has been altered. I can't put my finger on it. Care to tell us?

Beautiful car and you've nicely captured it's beauty. Colour photos in my opinion look better with that vivid red paint.

What is your honest opinion on the lens Pepes?
I was thinking of buying (well, saving money would be the first step if I'm honest Wink ), I read a lot of tests, but how does it work in real life far away from testing tables? Is it properly sharp from wide open across the range? And what about corner sharpness?
In short, is it really as good as primes (in reasonable budget limit of course)?

It is very very good (small zoom range) lens for small crop sensor DSLR only. Sharp across range 18-35mm from aperature 1.8

Little expensive - I bought it for € 800 last year but good choice

Personally for my work I prefer MF lenses from Carl Zeiss without zoom only. Prime lens as 50mm Pancolar, Biometars, Flektogons

Sigma have very good lens - mainly new Art lens I think are better as Canon lens. I don´t have Canon lens only Canon body 60D.
