I just bought a mirror lens Sigma 5,6/400 in OM mount, in a very good shape.
I'm quite surprised of the IQ of this lens. I'm in love .
Some examples:

3-
4-
Now i should test my tamron 8/500 but i don't think it will be better

You won't see photos after your first post (it's an anti spam measure), but you can see them now
I've never heard of that mirror before, so many thanks for sharing your great samples! It would be great to see a picture of the lens too _________________ Graham - Moderator

Hi Potard.
Try your Tamron 8/500 cat lens.
I think it would be better than your Sigma.
What is the camera used with it ? _________________ Olivier - Moderator

I have seen that mirror for sale on ebay and wondered about its abilities.Very nice images...did you bump up the contrast or do any post processing on these images? It is the little brother of the Sirius 600mm F8. My example of that lens isn't quite as sharp as yours, maybe? Good example!
